Santoprene™ 121-55W241 Thermoplastic Vulcanizate Injection Notes Santoprene™ TPV is incompatible with acetal and PVC. SANTOPRENE™ 121-65M300 is a soft, black colored polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Exhibits UV resistance, and is recyclable within the manufacturing stream. It is shear-dependent and suitable for processing by injection- and multi injection molding. Recommended for applications requiring superior part surface appearance.
SANTOPRENE™ 121-79W233 is a soft, black colored polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is specially formulated to bond to sulfur or peroxide-cured thermoset EPDM rubber for corner molding, end caps and special fixation applications. Is recyclable within the manufacturing stream, shear-dependent and suitable for processing by injection-, multi injection molding.
