Pump introduction:

SZ type fiberglass reinforced plastics corrosion resistant self-priming pump.

The flow components for SZ fiberglass self priming pump are made of the modified phenolic fiberglass reinforced plastic material by high temperature molding.

The pump has the advantages such as light weight, high strength, no deformation, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and easy maintenance etc.

Mechanical seal for the pump is WB2 fitted outside type F4 corrugated mechanical seal which is reliable and has a long service life.

SZ type fiberglass self priming pump has good self priming performance. The pump body is equipped with a liquid suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, liquid back check valve and reflux hole. Before the pump works, keep a quantitative liquid in the pump body and exhaust the air in the pipe and then the pump can transfer the liquids. The pump works without foot valve and simplified the pipeline.

SZ type fiberglass self priming pump is widely used to transfer various non-oxidizing acids(Hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid, phosphoric acid)etc corrosive liquids which is not easy to crystallize and temperature is no higher than 100 degree Celsius)in petrochemical, smelting, dyes, printing and dyeing, pesticides, rare earth, fertilizer and other industries.
