Usage:
It is used for the garment trimming, shoes making, cap making, paper processing, leather production, 5850 fuse interlining, 20D nylon fuse interlining, non-woven fuse interlining, textile fuse interlining, resin interlining, cloth strips, handbag and any other field related to the straight & twill strip binding slitting.

Function:

Microcomputer System:
PLC for the data input, along with the visual interface for operation, it can be easily start-up.

Controlled by data programs and stepping motor drive:
Once turn it on, it could complete cutting with five different sizes in the same cloth beam and accurate for any necessary size.

Blade monitoring with Electronic Eye:
It can be adjusted to any rate for the blade cutting and blade’s principal axis with Electronic Eye.

Manual and Automatic blade sharpening:
Only if setting up the sharpening and time out, it could cut and sharpen blade at the same time.

Chinese and English Operating Interface:
Chinese and English in language. It is easy to control even for the normal workers.
