SD8 Bulldozer

SD8 bulldozer is a track type bulldozer with elevated sprocket. It is of elastic suspended undercarriage system, hydraulic direct drive and hydraulic controls. It could be equipped with S-blade and single shank ripper. With high strength plate main structure, it carries out stable performance in stony and other bad earth conditions. This bulldozer is equipped with ROPS device and comfortable seat.

Torque Converter
Power separating, hydraulic-mechanic drive, single stage torque converter is used in SD8 elevated sprocket bulldozer.

Transmission Assembly
The transmission assembly integrates center drive, transmission and speed changing control valve into one component. This allows them to be conveniently assembled or disassembly easily as a part. The transmission adopts multi-stage planetary drive to realize modular assembling and dissembling. Through the multi-functional control valve, the speed can be shifted rapidly among 1st gear, 2nd gear, and 3rd gear forward or reverse gear.

Steering and Braking Clutch
1. This bulldozer adopts adjustment-free, oil-type and multi-disc clutches for the steering and braking clutch.
2. The braking clutch is of spring-pressed, hydraulic separated, constant meshed type. The steering clutch is of hydraulic pressed, non-constant type.
3. Slow steering, sharp steering and braking can be carried out when the steering and the braking clutches are operated at the same time.
4. Through the pedal, the entire bulldozer can be braked.
5. Parking braking rod maintains the undercarriage system in braking condition while the engine is started. It prevents the bulldozer from slipping on slopes when the engine is started.

Final drive
The final drive adopted in this bulldozer is a two-stage planetary reduction gear mechanism. It is mounted at the outside of steering and braking clutch. Combined sprocket segment is very convenient for assembling, disassembling and service.

Undercarriage System
SD8 dozer utilizes elastic-mounted undercarriage system, which is of triangle-shape track and elevated sprocket. Through the floating function of continuous auxiliary suspension device, the machine can travel adjacent to obstacle on the ground. It greatly improves the traveling and traction performance of the machine and comfort of the driver.

ROPS Cab
1. The cab is of hexagonal, thin-wall, box-type structure. Glass is mounted at six sides, which provides wide viewing range to the driver.
2. Pulling and pushing glass is mounted at back side.
3. Air conditioner can be installed upon request.
4. It can The rigid ROPS structure protect the driver efficiently when the bulldozer is in special condition.
5. The operator's seat could be tilted 15 to the right. With tiltable fuel tanks, engine hood and tracks, the driver can have a broad front and rear sight.

Implement Hydraulic System
Implement hydraulic system of this bulldozer is in charge of the lifting, lowering and tilting of the blade. It also can control ripper. It mainly consists of oil pump, cylinder, valve group, oil tank line and controlling parts. Implement pump adopts two group vane pump, with the specifications as follows.
