SD suspended bag discharging basket centrifuge

Application

SD suspended bag discharging basket centrifuge is applicable for the liquid-solid

separation of suspension containing solid-phase particle with the diameter

greater than 0.01mm and especially applicable to inflammable, explosive,poisonous

and harmful suspension that is looseness in solid phase, less viscosity in liquid phase.

This centrifuge is extensively used in pharmaceutics, foodstuff, chemical industry, mining,

national defense ,etc.

Working principle

The material flows into the basket lined a filter bag from the upper feeding pipe and distributed

evenly on the walls of the basket. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid passes through filter bag

and the holes of the basket, and then the liquid is discharged out of the machine from the liquid outlet.

The solid deposits in the filtering bag.,and forms cake .After the machine stops, open its cover and

lift the bag out of the machine to the designated discharge site,then splay the bottom of the filter bag ,

the solid cake is discharged automatically.

Narrow V-shaped static electricity conductive and inflaming retarding triangle zone removes the possibility

of electric spark, full blast proof operation process is provided with opening monitoring, vibration

monitoring and speed monitoring.

The whole separation process could be programmed according to the material characteristics.

Automatic Clean-In-Place (CIP).

Leak-proof structure with silicone rubber or fluoroelastomers seals.

Nitrogen protection system (optional) is of anti-explosion

applied to poisonous, flammable and explosive environment.

motor or direct connecting anti-explosion motor with frequency converter,etc.
