Product Description
We produce series of rubber additives, including Antiscorching Agent CTP(PVI), Vulcanization Accelerator NS(TBBS), M(MBT), DM(MBTS), DZ(DCBS), NOBS(MBS), CZ(CBS), TMTD, RD(TMQ), IPPD(4010NA). We also produce Ter-Butylamine, Cyclohexene and so on. The capacity of our main product Antiscorching Agent CTP(PVI) is 5000 mts per year, and NS(TBBS) is 6000 mts per year.
Properties: A little bitter taste, nonpoisonous. Specific gravity: 1.45-1.54. Souble in chloroform, slightly soluble in benzene, ethyl alcohol and carbon tetrachloride. Insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate.
Application: Generally used for natural and many synthetic rubbers. Used in manufacture of tires, rubber tube, rubber shoes, rubber cloth andother technical rubber goods, Accelerator MBTS works asd plasticizer and delayed cation activator in polychoroprene.
Packages: 20kgs /woven bag lined with polyethylene bag.
Storage: Stable indefinitely under normal storage conditions.
