Rubber Accelerator TMTD

We produce series of rubber additives, including Antiscorching Agent CTP(PVI), Vulcanization Accelerator NS(TBBS), M(MBT), DM(MBTS), DZ(DCBS), NOBS(MBS), CZ(CBS), TMTD, RD(TMQ), IPPD(4010NA). We also produce Ter-Butylamine, Cyclohexene and so on. The capacity of our main product Antiscorching Agent CTP(PVI) is 5000 mts per year, and NS(TBBS) is 6000 mts per year.

2. Properties:
No odor and poison, irritating to the skin and the respiratory tract. Specific gravity: 1.38-1.44. Soluble in chloroform, acetone, benzene, hardly soluble in carbon tetrachloride, ethyl alcohol & insoluble in water or gasoline.

3. Usage:
Accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and emulsions; It can also be used as vulcanizing agent. TMTD is an excellent secondary accelerator for thaizoles. It can also be used together with other accelerators for continuous vulcanition. TMTD is a good germicide.

4. Storage:
Keep container tightly closed in a cool. Well-ventilated place. The recommended max. Storage life to 2 years when stored under normal conditions.
