Rubber Accelerator M(MBT)

We produce series of rubber additives, including Antiscorching Agent CTP(PVI), Vulcanization Accelerator NS(TBBS), M(MBT), DM(MBTS), DZ(DCBS), NOBS(MBS), CZ(CBS), TMTD, RD(TMQ), IPPD(4010NA). We also produce Ter-Butylamine, Cyclohexene and so on. The capacity of our main product Antiscorching Agent CTP(PVI) is 5000 mts per year, and NS(TBBS) is 6000 mts per year.


Properties: Slightly foul odour and bitter taste, nonpoisonous. Specific gravity: 1.42-1.52 Easily soluble in ethyl acetone, dilute solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, solubel in ethyl alcohol, not easily soluble in benzene, insoluble in water and gasoline.

Application: The product is a hemi-ultra accelerator, extensively used in vulcanization of natuarl and synthetic rubbers. Mainly used in manufacture of rubber tire, rubber belts, rubber shoes and other technical rubber goods.

Packages: 25kgs/woven bag lined with polyethylene bag.

Storage: Stable indefinitely under normal storage conditions.
