Rubber Accelerator DZ(DCBS)

We produce series of rubber additives, including Antiscorching Agent CTP(PVI), Vulcanization Accelerator NS(TBBS), M(MBT), DM(MBTS), DZ(DCBS), NOBS(MBS), CZ(CBS), TMTD, RD(TMQ), IPPD(4010NA). We also produce Ter-Butylamine, Cyclohexene and so on. The capacity of our main product Antiscorching Agent CTP(PVI) is 5000 mts per year, and NS(TBBS) is 6000 mts per year.

Properties: Without foul odour, but with bitter taste, easily soluble in benzene, carbon tetrachloride, ethylene, chloride; Soluble in gasoline, ethyl acetate, ethanol, acetone; Insoluble in water.

Application: The product possessed the best scorching quality of sulfenamide type accelerators. Its scorching quality in natural rubber is better than DIBS, the operating safety is much better, Mainly used in manufacture of tires, rubber belts and shock absorber.

Packages: 25kgs/woven bag lined with polyethylene bag.

Storage: It may be descendent decomposed during storage, so should be kept in low temperature off heat and moisture. The period of storage stadility is six months
