Roller Screen

Roller Screen is designed to use for horniness materials of low water content,such as shale,coal-stone etc. Increasing sieve pore for high water content materials.
Technical Features:
1. With reasonable structure, Roller Screen is easy to operate and maintain. Moreover, it can match different sieve pore according to the nature of materials so as to satisfy different screening demands.
2.High sifting efficiency, can achieving 80%-95%.
3. There is a special clearing screen device in the inner of machine, can clear the screen surface at any time to clear the materials block in the sieve pores. Even if screening the materials with high moisture content, the sieve pores won’t be blocked by the materials.
4. Using special materials and processing, the screen surface is wear-resistant with long service life.
5. Inlet scoop in the top makes the separating screen operate in negative pressure, while separate and screen system is designed in the sealed dust cover to avoid dust flying in the working process so as to improve the working environment.
