Robot clay brick setting machine

Setting machine is connected together with control of hydraulic press main mainframe. This equipment adopts international most advanced servomotor which enjoys high accuracy, precise location, stable operation and automatic and fixed time lubrication during operation. It has automatic clamping, transportation and setting functions.


With the support of computer, it can do offset setting to every layer of green bricks on the steam curing dolly, the height of each layer is controlled systematically by computer under signals of encoder which overcomes defects of other height-measuring devices like easy to be interfered. Standard brick, hollow brick, building block, road brick and other sizes of bricks can be clamped by changing clamp ears and grippers.

Gentle, accurate and stable setting raises the green brick yield greatly. The performance index of this machine equals that of the similar products produced by Germany but its price is much lower than similar foreign products.
