W-CPD airless line striper is high-pressure hydraulic cold paint road marking machine for most cold paint striping constructions. It can spray solvent-based traffic paint, waterborne and other one-component acrylic paint. Road marking workers can use this machine spray 50-600mm width single lines, double lines, zebra crossing lines, parking lots striping, curb paint lines, airport runways, temporary for new roads, or cover old lines, etc.

W-CPD hydraulic cold paint road marking machine comes with 10L Japan imported hydraulic oil pump and 10L Taiwan imported paint pump. W-CPD line striping machine can provide stable working pressure and big flow rate, so it can spray 50-600 mm width line easily.
1. 2Pcs imported hydraulic plunger pump provide stable pressure.
W-CPD cold paint striper use 10L Japan Dakin high-pressure hydraulic oil plunger pumps. It can provide enough power to hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor drives 10L Taiwan imported paint pump sucking enough paint. This will keep supplying high-pressure and big flow rate. The hydraulic plunger pumps are inner auto-shuttle, compared with other outside shuttle, this structure is simple to avoid issues.
2. Big capacity aluminum hydraulic cooling system keep the machine running cool.
The 16L aluminum hydraulic oil tank and special cooling fins are easy to dissipate heat. So the plunger pump can work continuously for 8 hours, the temperature will not be high. This will keep the road marking lines the same width all the time.
3. Advanced vibration reduction system reduce spray gun shake.
Automobile-grade wheels have increased touch square with the ground, thickened machine frame, these will reduce much spray gun vibration during pavement marking constructions, which make the line style pretty.
