Introduction of Synbio Cooperative and Rizsiri products

The Synbio Cooperative was established in 2013 in Szeged, Hungary. Our mission is the promotion of healthy lifestyle and cuisine. That is why we develop and manufacture dietary and functional food products.
Our first developments are RIZSIRI Kaiserscmarrn base, which is a rice glutenfree dessert powder and its dietary version made from high fibre brown rice flour with natural sweeteners. Both dessert bases are dairy and glutenfree, fitting into healthy lifestyle and diet.
Kaiserschmarrn is a well known dessert in this region of Europe. As the name implies, Kaiserschmarrn was a favourite dessert of the Austro-Hungarian Emperor, Franz Josef I.,, and the people of the Empire. With our Rizsiri mix this dish can be made in 10 minutes. Just add water, mix, and bake.
Consumers liked it very much in many tasting events. The advantage of our Rizsiri Kaiserscmarrn is that it can be flavoured by different methods. One can flavor it by his or her personal preferences. Commonly loved flavours are cinnamon, chocolate, cream, or any type of marmalade, jam or syrup.
