Product features: 1. the cleaning device is mainly composed of a through cleaning body, mechanical arm,exhaust system, electronic control system etc. Direction of equipment is from left side to the right side. The workpiece is fed by the workers from left side , after being cleaned, and blanked on the right side .
2. the corrosion cleaning and drying deviceis mainly composed of a horizontal through corrosion cleaning body (body part / line / drying part), mobile machinery transmission device, exhaust system, electric control and operation platform etc.
Remarks: 1.the machine is equipped with two mechanical arms which are in smooth control mode. The basket will not sway because of high precision positioning of mechanical arm;
2.only two carriers are catched each time, the hook and mechanical arms are connected with thread for convenient adjustment;the total lifting weight should not more than 30KG;
