RMT 72D - Jackleg / Pusherleg

A very important attribute for any Pusher legs is that it should be strong yet light in weight. The use of standard aluminum can make things lighter but it isn’t enough to meet the tough working environment of underground mines or demanding job sites. That's why in these Pusher legs, a special alloy is used which was developed to be used in spacecraft. We offer various models suitable for different models of Rock Drills.

RMT 72D and RMT 72D-1 Pneumatic pusher leg are used with BBD 94W underground pneumatic rock drill. Both variants are a single telescope. While RMT 72D has an extracted length of 3270 mm (129”), ALF 72D-1 has an extracted length of 3030 mm (119”). Both the Pusher legs are again very easy to handle and made of special alloy. It is robust, reliable and needs minimum maintenance.
