Process and working principle :
The gas containing NMP go through the coating machine exhaust fan, then enter into supply and return air heat exchanger of recycling machine. Lower the temperature before entering the secondary heat exchanger cooling recovery, and then enter the third heat exchanger cooling recovery, after recovery and then gas was through supply and return air heat exchanger and sent to the coating machine to reuse, saving energy .
Secondary heat exchanger can adopt natural air and water respectively, the third adopt chilled water and direct evaporative heat transfer,, the principle is the same, but heat transfer medium is different.
