The machine applies to grinding and dispersing automobile paint, steel roll paint, corrosion-proof paint, wood paint, bolting screen printing, color coating for plastic products, textile pigment, color paste for water printing, painting and ink for electrical industry, etc. It is controlled by PLC, and equipped with touch screen and dynamic graphic simulation of production. The machine also equipped with adjustable dynamic segregator and variable piston milling chamber, which features self-clean and interval-adjusting, changeable energy density and barrel pressure. The mechanical sealing and sealing lips are all imported from Germany, which help to completely solve the problems that material tends to leak from the milling chamber in high-viscosity milling operation.
