QBS Three roll mill for high viscosity material

QBS Three Rollers Grinder is mainly used for grinding paste materials such as paint, printing ink, pigment, plastic, especially applicable for grinding and dispersing high viscosity materials for products of fine-grained. The machine achieves fine grinding by the surfaces of three rollers squeezing and rubbing each other at different speeds.The rollers adopt the material of centrifugally cast cold-hard alloy roll. The thickness of alloy layer is 15~25 mm, and the surface hardness is HS 68 ~75.
