Part one -- detailed information about this product
Working principle
This series transporter cars are powered by the mobile cable. The mobile cable conducts AC 380V directly into the electrical control system of the transfer cart , then the motor drives the reducer to let the wheel of the cart start, stop, go forward and backward and so on. The cart is powered by dragging cable which is laid on the ground. The cable line is placed between the two rails
Main components
The powered car includes cart frame, AC electric motor, gear reducer, wheels, electrical appliance box, mobile cable, push button pendant, remote controller, warning light
Usage
It also can be used in the ferry condition and flammable, explosive environment.
This kind of transfer cart is suitable to be used in the long running distance transportation and low using frequency.
It can be used in ferry condition.
It can run on turntables.
