Principle and structure Description:

1. The device's working principle is: Put the glass on the mold ,heat them to a certain temperature, when the glass bend well, then evenly cooled, that is a finished melting glass product.
2.The machine is made up by heating systems, forming systems ,electric load and down systems two furnace bodies.The furnace body is made from steel.,Inside the furnace use high-grade cotton insulation .The temperature is contrilled intelligently with PID controller. The machine works manuly or auotmaticly., itý?high efficiency .
