Principle and structure description
1. The machine's working principle is: Put the glass on the mold, heat them to a certain temperature, when the glass bend well, then evenly cooled, that is a finished bending glass product.
2.The machine is made up by heating systems ,forming systems ,electric load and down systems and furnace bodies.The furnace body is made from steel.,Inside the furnace use high-grade cotton and fiber insulation ,to form a double protection.The temperature controller is intelligent with PID control. The junction box can received an additional heat pipes, in order to bend all kinds of glasses. The mold is combined with ordinary steel, itý­s transform fast, low cost,and high efficiency .
