Power Plug Integrated Tester (HD-10D)

This is an integrated tester for cord set testing. It is used to test the continuity, polarity, insulation, hi-pot, leakage current, E-wire hi-pot of power plug. It meets the requirements of many international standards such as BIS, UL, CSA, VDE, BSI, DIN, CCC, IEC. It is a totally automatic testing machine makes your operation more convenient and simple.

Features:
* All the test subjects can be done automatically.
* The inner/outer hi-pot output value can be adjusted separately.
* Test speed is quick, all test subjects can be achieved in 2 seconds.
* The PLC control system is supplied from Mitsubishi, Made In Japan.
* The relay is supplied from Schneider(French).
* If the specimen is incompetent, alarm by buzzer and light works.
* If the specimen is incompetent, this machine can stop at once and show you which subject is incompetent. Until you push the emergency button it will restart a new test. And a switch with key can be made to order to replace the hi-pot starting button, it is very useful, because when a alarm happen, the operaters can not restart this machine, only when the managers have checked over and restart it by key the machine will be working again.
* When test over, the sample can be pushed out automatically, and a DOT or other characters can be marked on it(English characters only).
* A big current with 0~30A apply on E wire to check whether it is eligible.

NOTICE:
1, Inner hi-pot is applied between L, N, E wires, and the outer hi-pot is applied between L, N, E wires and jacket.
2, Both 3-wire and 2-wire power plug can be tested by this machine.
