Working Principle of powder vibrating screen separator

1.A vertical motor is used as a driving vibrating source, with a compact structure, light weight,low center of gravity,smooth operation and easy maintenance.

2.The bounce balls are provided under the screen so that they can strike the screen during operation. In this case, the mesh can be prevented from being clogged by material grains.

3.The rubber ring is mounted between the layers. It is locked with fastening belt outside. Its seal is reliable and no dust can run out.
