Principle
Put glass on the mold,then put them into the furnace body,when heated to the appropriate temperature that the glass can form.push the furnace body to the cooling zone.When cooled will,that is a finished producet.

The machine can be operated automaticlly,Itý­s made up by the up top and the bottom construction. It has three parts: Loaded unloaded area, temperature-controlled areas and holding area. The furnace body is made from steel.,Inside the furnace use high-grade cotton and fiber insulation ,to form a double protection.The temperature is controlled intelligently by PID controller. Heating pipe materials is high-grade quartz.
