USES
The main use for toluene di-isocyanate (TDI), accounting for about 90% of world demand, is in flexible polyurethane (PU) foam used in furniture, mattresses and car seats. Other uses include rigid foams and adhesives, paints, concrete sealers, as a cross-linking agent for nylon 6, and as an intermediate in PU coatings and elastomers. The main form is an 80:20 mix of the 2,4 and 2,6-isomers.

Packed in 250kg drum,20FCL=20mt, or in ISO tank,one tank=21mt
TDI 80/20 is used in the production of flexible, polyurethane, foam and other polyurethane applications including elastomers, synthetic leather, coated fabrics, paints and adhesives.
TDI 65/35 is mainly used for Polyester sponge,curing agent and Ordinary sponge etc.
TDI 100 is the important raw material for producing castable elastomer (CPU)
Storage and transportation: Toluene Diisocyanate is sensitive to moisture and heat. The product should be stored at a temperature of 15-300C and protected against contact with atmospheric moisture.
