Q1: Do you offer sample to confirm the quality?
A1: 
● Free sample
For sample of regular specifications products, you can get free samples but pay for the express freight caused by FEDEX/DHL/UPS etc.
● OEM/ODM sample
Once you provided us your design, we will start to make it and finish it within 10 working days. You need pay for the bottom sample cost and freight caused by FEDEX/DHL/UPS etc.. And we will fund back the sample charges when you start business order. 
Q2: Do you provide OEM or ODM service?
A2: Yes, we do. We have RHD department.You are welcome to our ODM products.
Q3: How to control the products quality?
A3: High and steady product quality is the ultimate goal that we work on.
1. We have our own laboratory, all material such as resin, ink, master batch have to pass heavy metal and other food safe test before going to production and packaging procedures. Besides that, we need to send products to 3rd parties: Intertek, SGS, and BV to carry out food grade tests.
2. We value product quality and security: from material import to production, all production procedures strictly following the international standard regulations, ensuring all products meet requirements of FDA, REACH, and RoHS- American and European Food grade tests. All relative recorder have to be kept in the production process monitoring.  
Q4: What information should I provide to get a quotation?
● Product size: width(internal diameter) * length * thickness.
● Design colors: How many colors for the printing.
● Quantity: how many you want per order or per year.
● Manner of packaging: how many pieces per bag, how many bags per carton.
● Also please let us know if you are first time to source the paper straw, so that I can provide detailed information or samples for you.
Q5: I am a small wholesaler, can I get a small order?
A5: Yes, of course. If you are a small wholesaler we will grow up with you together for a long-term business cooperation to achieve a win-win situation.

PAYMENT TERMS
After receiving your payment, we will start the production ASAP. Long-term cooperated forwarder and express will deliver the goods to you in time and safely. By express will take about 7 days for you to get it. Please note us your contact details including phone number for easy contacting for forwarder officers.

CERTIFICATES
Before you placing the order, please confirm to us what kinds of certificates shall we approve for you to import this paper straws.
We will then provide you the copies of the certificates you required if we have. If not, we will apply the certifications as soon as possible for you to make this business go smoothly.
