Product Description
Plate Evaporator is a semi welded heat exchanger designed for use in evaporation systems of high concentration and high viscosity media or as a reboiler. It is powerful, durable, thermal efficient and easy to maintain.
Plate evaporator is a semi welded heat exchanger, which consists of two plates welded together. When the steam passes through the welding channel, the fluid concentrates in the sealing channel. When the temperature difference between the two media is very small, these devices are ideal because they allow the use of lower grade steam. In most cases, this means cutting energy costs.
The plate type evaporator is specially designed to generate high turbulence on the whole plate to optimize evaporation. This maximizes heat transfer efficiency while minimizing fouling and scale.
