PPRC Pipe Production Line:
• Commonly used are Ø 20, 25, 32, 40, 50 and 63mm. But, Ø75, 90, 110, 125mm is also used. • Pipe Pressure Class PN 16, PN 20, PN 25 are produced Glass-Fiber Pipe Production Line: • Pipe Pressure Class PN 20 and PN 25 are produced. • It is up to at -20 C Ambient Temperature, active and able to heat retention. • Commonly used are Ø 20, 25, 32, 40, 50 and 63mm. But, Ø75, 90, 110, 125mm is also used. • Because of 3 Layer, two extruder needed. Both of them are Single Screw Extruder. PE Pipe Production Line: • PE pipes can be coiled in coil between Ø16-125mm. For Ø> 125mm, 6m, 12m and 13m Cutting is made. • Both PE80 and PE100 pipes can be produced between Ø16-630mm in our production lines PEX/PEXT Pipe Production Line: • Both PE80 and PE100 pipes can be produced between Ø16-630mm in our production lines. Round Drip Irrogation Pipe Production Line: • Ø16-20mm, mainly winds in 400m coils. 2Lt-4Lt/h irrigation potecial. LDPE its raw material. • There are 2 types as Single layer and Three Layer in the market. • Servo dripper insertion device (max 500 / min), Servo Drip Drill (max 500 / min) Fully automatic, touch screen pipe production line speed is 80 mt / min with recycling material.
