Product Description
Pistons with replacement rubbers will run in higher-pressure, fast stroking pumps, and is resistant to oil base muds and other additives currently being used. This one piece bonded unit provides the same series of advantages, being impervious to oil and other chemicals.
OEE also offers a full line of piston replacements including Piston Hubs, Plates, Snap rings and Renewable Rubbers.
Material of the piston hub is 40Cr forging steel,After rough process, hardness is HB283-302 or HB 255-285.After intensive process, the surface will be phosphorated or oiled according to customers demand. If it is not specified,it is phosphorated. Piston hub have sigle-acting abd doule acting. Outsaide dimension is according to customers requiement. Our standard size is D-0.08(-0.10-0),D is the liner nominal insiade dimension from 3ÿ°to 8ÿ?
The piston rubber is made from specially formulated compounds which are resistant to the effects of heat, oil and water. The multi-ply fabric reinforced backings used in the production of the piston rubbers provide positive, wear resistant seals.
