Description:
1. The pillow machine is used for pillows, cushions and sofa cushions, large size plush toys etc soft stuffing productions.
2. The suitable material is conjugated hollow conjugate silicon zed polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.
3. Automatic raw material feeding conveyer sends the raw material into the opening rollers automatically which saves the labor costs
4. Metallic self-lock wire assembled to the rollers that increased the capacity and helps the material not to damage at all, so and lower repairing rate.
5. The whole set can be handled by only 3 operators with very simple operation.
