Permanent Lifting Electromagnet

We have some series for permanent;please choose the right type as following guide.
1. all series are suitable for steel plate,but each series has own advantage.series YX1 is used for small size and manual discharing;series YX2 is for short and thick size.series YX3 is for long and thin steel size and manual discharging;series YX4 has wide application rage and auto discharging,but not allowed to be transported without load;series YX5 is for thick and heavy size and electro-power Required.

2. Use series YX1 for lifting and transporting single round material like round steel,steel tube.etc.Use series YX4 and YX5 for lifting and transporting multi-pieces of round materials.
3. Use series YX2,YX4 and YX5 for auto-discharging.
4. Use series YX2,YX4 and YX5 for thin plate(thickness ＜6mm).
5. Use series YX1,YX4 and YX5 for multiple units,for they have better synchronism.
6. Pay attention that Series YX2,YX3,YX5 has minmum dimension demand on material to be discharged.
7. Series YX5 can discharge in the air.
8. Each series has it range of lifting capacity.
9. If required adjust the suction power, the measured crane, lifting special materials such as steel strip coils, billets, etc., please communicate with our technical department, according to your special purpose, special use of the environment, special design in order to achieve the best results.
