Partition Net

Partition Net is made by fiber glass coated with modified resin. It is a good substitute for iron and Teflon plates in the production of resin bond cutting-off or depressed wheels.
Partition Net is applied in the sintering process of resin bond cutting-off or depressed wheels. By the advantage of non-sticking, temperature-resisting, pliability and ventilation, it can improve the surface condition of the wheels.

Comparing with the iron plate, the Partition Net
1) It cost low
2) As Partition Net is very thin and less heat-absorbing, the efficient loading volume can be increased and sintering time can be shortened, so that more than 20% of energy can be saved
3) Low labor strength and high work efficiency, because of no adhesion phenomenon occur. The yield of qualified products can be increased by 10% due to knocking and shocking when unloading.
4) Partition Net solves the problem of ÿ¯bright speckÿ?on the surface of wheels and can optimize the surface of wheel and then greatly improve thermal radiation and surface roughness of wheels. The cutting efficiency is increased greatly.
Besides, as the ideal substitution for Teflon plate, itÿ®s very welcome because it makes the same wheel surface, same working life (200 times) as Teflon spacer, but, it is much more economical than Teflon plate.
