*Filling System includes:

3). Quick-release, fast inter-changeable lance for easy and fast maintenance;SS316 straight pipe;

4). Top/Low Fill, auto lowering of lance assembly together with the hood cover and retract to its original up position;

5). Heavy duty weighting platform mounted single load cell, overload protected;

6). Drums are fed to filler on a pallet of 4 (2x2) infeed conveyor - are either powered or gravity.

7). spring assists to close filling nozzle in the even of power failure;

8). Safety Interlock for nozzle fully close before lance can withdraw from drum;

1). Siemens PLC with touch screen panel

2). Mettler Toledo loal cell and displayer
