Product Description
The whole line is special for producing PVC/WPVC hollow door, crust foaming plate and elbowboard etc. Extrusion line consists of conical twin screws extruder, vacuum sizing table, haul-off unit, cutting unit, unload rollers. High precision and stable reliability. Unload rollers protect the surface of plate and door effectively.
The extrusion line consists of conical twin screws extruder, vacuum sizing case, haul-off unit, cutting unit and unload roller etc. Vacuum sizing case includes water cooling system and drawing vacuum units. High precision and stable reliability. Unload roller protect the surface of plate and door effectively. All the important electric segments are import such as Siemens transducer, switch and relay etc.
