We have maintained a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with full service machine shop to produce all types of Teflon® parts for use in Air, Gas, Refrigeration and Compression, Fluid Handling Systems, Control Hydraulic Systems, Automotive, Nuclear & Power Generation, Chemical Processing, Food Processing, Bio-Medicals, Bulk Drugs & Pharmaceuticals.



Application engineered PTFE products are manufactured using fine resins along with its composites for optimum properties. Precision & enhanced performance parts are manufactured using premium base resins together with blends such as Polyamide, Ekonol, PPS, Glass Fiber, Carbon, Graphite, Bronze, Molybdenum-disulphide & Carbon Fiber. • Plug Valves Sleeves Dimpled Sheets in PTFE: 25 NB to 300 NB & Dimple sheet upto 600 NB Dia

• PTFE Coated M.S. Protection Rings For Oval And Round Manholes: Upto 500NB

• Carbon filled PTFE Seal Ring & Guide bush: Pressure upto 15kg/cm2 & Temp. upto 320oC

• PTFE Butterfly Valve Seat: from 2" NB to 12" NB.

• PTFE Lined C.S. pipes & spargers with inside & outside linings: 25 NB to 100 NB maximum upto 3 meter length

• PTFE thread sealent tape & 100% PTFE Double Braided Rope
