※Special single screw extruder for polyolefin, having high extruding speed and effective plasticization.
Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin.
※Specially designed three co-extruding die, reasonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress.
※Production diameter Ø20- Ø160mm, production speed can be up to 16m/min.
※Can be used to produce common PP-R, nanometer antibacterial pipe, PE-RT, PE-X pipe.
※Add a co-extrusion main machine and die, can be used to produce PP-R fiber glass reinforced composite pipe.
