Application

PGZ automatic bottom discharging basket centrifuge is automatic feeding,separating,washing,

dehydrating,discharging ,etc.

PGZ automatic bottom discharging basket centrifuge is applicable for the liquid-solid

separation of suspension containing solid-phase particle with the diameter greater

than 0.01mm and especially applicable for viscous, poisonous, harmful, inflammable and

explosive media and primarily applied in the liquid-solid separation of raw materials,

intermediate products and finished products in the pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical, and

national defense and similar industries.

Working principle

The material flows into the basket lined a filter bag from the upper feeding pipe and distributed

evenly on the walls of the basket. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid passes through filler

medium and the holes of the basket, and then the liquid is discharged out of the centrifuge from

the liquid outlet.The solid deposits in the basket and forms cake .After the speed of the

basket is reduced,the solid is scraped off by the scraper and discharged out of the centrifuge

from the bottom automatically.
