PET flakes washing machine
This line washes and cleans the recycled PET bottles, such as the mineral water bottles, plastic bottles,oil bottles, etc.
 The complete machine include Belt conveyer, label separator,Pre-washing machine, Crusher , Screw conveyer, washing tank, Centrifugal dryer , Electrical control cabinet and so on.
With different capacities from 300kg/h to 2000kg/h.

5. The whole waste plastic recycling line can be designed on the basis of how dirty the flakes are, and make sure of the quality of the final products.
6. Coordinating the production line with follow programmed work (granulating system), and it will make waste and dirty PET bottles to be the PET granule material and in order to producing new PET bottles.
