Recycled Polyethylene or recycled Polypropylene often contain some moisture, if not eliminated, the moisture will form into drain marks or bubbles on the surface of the related products when processing, besides quality affected, the moisture even cause impossibility of processing.
PE & PP Desiccant Masterbatch is a new type of functional masterbatch specially developed to solve the moisture problems. With a small adding rate, by mixing with the raw materials, it can absorb the moisture during the production process, thus saving the drying process. PE&PP Desiccant Masterbatch is environment-friendly and can save production time, energy and cost.
According to different requirements, PE&PP Desiccant Masterbatch is divided into three models, PE965, PE975 and PE985.
Applications
PE965 can eliminate the moisture in PE and PP materials, and maintain the mechanical properties of virgin materials.
PE975 can be widely used in recycled and the wet PE and PP materials. It can be used in Injection, Blow Molding, Sheeting and High-end Film-blowing products.
PE985 can be widely used in recycled and wet PE and PP materials for Film-blowing products.
