Oxylance Lance Tube – Tailor Made For The Pyrometallurgical Industry
Oxylance oxygen lances are consumable steel tubes used in the manufacturing process of various ferrous and non ferrous metals. Jiangsu Xingrui Piping produces oxygen lance tube strictly in accordance with SABS 62’s rigorous specifications.
Oxygen lances are used in the pyrometallurgical environment as follows:
Tapping operations and decarburising in electric arc furnaces, oval bottomed tapping furnaces, basic oxygen furnaces, blast furnaces, open hearth furnaces and non ferrous smelting furnaces.
Application:
(1) Oxygen or other gases are transported in electric arc furnace steelmaking to melt and refine steel in an electric arc furnace.
(2) Inject other powder additives, adjust steel grades or refine special steel.
(3) Remove the slag from the oxygen converter.
(4)Other uses, such as strong heat resistance, oxidation resistance, sulfuration resistance and corrosion resistance.
