Product Description
Mold base stopping quietly moves out of static stop room through mold dragger. Overturning crane lifts the mold base (with mold and side plate) and overturns 90 degrees in the air, the mold base (with mold and side plate) are placed in cutting dolly, and then opened, demoulded for cutting.
1). The hoisting of the crane adopts hydraulic and frequency conversion, and its movement is steady and travelling speed is adjustable.
2). Travelling, hoisting, overturning, mold opening and closing buttons are remote-controlled, conveniently and durably.
3). Hoisting chains adopt heavy chains to improve safety performance.
