ET - SLC-B overfill detection-bottom  loading and grounding controller is designed for  bottom loading oil system , can effectively prevent liquid overflow and ensure the  grounding resistance conforms to the safety standards of instrumentation, system for oil storage and transportation of chemical products.
Ex-mark is Exd[ia]IIBT4.
2  Working principle and System composition
2.1 Working principle
ET - SLC-B overfill detection-bottom  loading and grounding controller 
is designed for the bottom  loading oil  system .  when the liquid level exceeds alarm position or ground loop in excess of the prescribed value, the system output sound and light alarm signal for field personnel understand the system working status in time, at the same time the output relay switch control signal.

1. The system USES digital circuit design, stable performance, strong anti-interference ability;
2. To connect 8 overfill sensor of  meeting API Rp1004  and 1 grounding bolt;
3. Compatible with foreign Scully, Civacon, Liquip, Dixon brands such as overfill sensor;
4. Plug meet  API rp1004 standard design, compatible with socket of meet API  Rp1004
5.Ensure grouding resistance < 55 Ω
6.Provide sound and light alarm signal, in a timely manner to understand system working state

1.The technical requirements
A. 1 ~ 6terminals for the relay output signal, pay attention to the normally open normally closed choice;
B. 7 ~ 8 terminals for power input, the squared cable > 2 x 1 mm, outside diameter between Φ 8 mm ~ Φ12 mm ;
C. 9 terminal for grounding side, connected to the controller shell, ensure reliable grounding; D. 10 ~ 13terminals by sound and light alarm, using squared cable > 4 x 0.5 mm, outside
