Oil-jacket Wax Melter, Direct Heat Wax Melting Tank/Pot

We supply oil-jacketed wax melters, which are divided into 2 types: 500 kg of wax per hour and 1000 kg of wax per hour. They are electric heated.The aluminum heating sheet at the top of the melter melts the wax immediately, and the molten wax pours down into the tank below to be kept warm. Our melters are with 201 stainless steel interior, which is not only corrosion proof, but also easy to be cleaned. They are fully insulated and energy saving. Wax melting temperature and wax warming temperature are individually controlled by thermostats.Our melters are equipped with agitators to help blend the wax and candle dye thoroughly.The wax pump of the melter is with filter to prevent the dirt and foreight matter from getting into candle production.
