Product Feature
Operation :
This oil seal machine is especially suitable for loading springs with large volume oil seals.
1.Vibrating tray vibrates the oil seal to appropriate location.
2.Magnet rotator/Vibrating tray feeds the spring to appropriate location.
3.The tooling is pulled by the air cylinder to combine the oil seal with the spring.
4.It will check if the spring is correctly loaded by the metal probe.
5.The machine sorts the parts for good parts and defects.
6.At the end there must be a counter to count the good seals, after the machine counts the set number the machine will stop with an alarm.
