This vision system is suitable to measure the dimension of the oil seal, oil seal spring, o-ring, metal case, rubber bottle cap, bush and all kinds of the circle rubber parts.

1.The machine has a superior measurement compared with the MICROVIEW or conventional 2D equipments.
2.Then operator puts the object at the central point of the measuring area and will get the result in 1 sec after the hand leave the measuring glass plate.
3.The machine displays the measured oil seal for good and bad parts.
