Design Features:

2. Advantages of small test seat with patented structure:
With ccentric disc patented structure of synchronized drivinge type, no central pad need to be placed on the clamping foot when testing, especially suitable for short neck shaped American Standard safety valves and air saving.
3. Advantages of medium test seat with patented structure:
The adjustable structure can adjust the clamping force according to different DN and pressure and is suitable for safety valve with medium and high pressure.
4. Advantages of large test seat with patented structure:
(1). Automatic clamping, automatic advance and retreat, double automatic pneumatic structure, easy and safe operation.
(2). Low gravity and the height is less than 400mm. Safe operation.
(3). The disc-type clamping foot can adjust the height according to the thickness of safety valves.
(4). Adaptive clamping structure can adapt to the roughness of the inlet flange surface with big DN.  
(5). Use the speed button to change the speed of the clamping foot.
(6). Big clamping pressure and thus can clamp the safety valves with big DN tightly.
5. Double precision pressure gauge display and Four-grade transfer structure.
6. Uniquely insert testing system can test PS<1.0Mpa, much more convenient and accurate, and owning the function of small range precision pressure gauge protection.
7. Equipped with German-made air supercharger, thus can directly boost the middle pressure (6~10MPa) air to the high pressure air.

9. All the operation valves, including Check valves, Pressure Relief Valves and Pressure Switch Valves, are produced by ordnance factory.
