Nylon coated airbag fabrics

Our cord fabric completely serves demands of our company and partial other manufacturers. At present, a large number of manufacturers using chinlon cord fabric usually adopt the conventional cord fabric used in production of tire, while do different. We have upgraded formulation of gumming glue solution and, at the same time we apply one-step spun industrial long yarn of chinlon. Although our cost is increased, cord fabric's indicators including force of adhesion, rubber content, drying and thermal shrinkage and elongation at break are remarkably increased. Because we fix the length in production and there is no man-left joint on cord fabric, breaking is therefore avoided and that improves shocking resistance of leading products.
