Product Description
The plating nickel (block) is a high purity non-reactive nickel material produced in electrowinning method.Cathode nickel plate in full-size is made in electrowinning method, and cut into different of sizes from.
The size most suitable for anode basket plating is 25mm×25mm. Larger sizes are not commonly used in electroplating, because large size is easy to form bridge and void in basket.
Since plating nickel (block) is inactive, the plating solution must have chloride, in order to dissolve it and achieve 100% anode efficiency.
Block dissolving is non-uniform, and forms small amount of metallic debris. Due to its consistent high purity and high thickness, Vale Inco plating nickel (block) is very popular in ordinary plating.
