Product Description
Nichrome alloy basically constitutes of Nickel and chromium elements. It has excellent resistance to oxidation, elevated temperature strength and prolonged service life. It has high temperature coefficient of electrical resistivity and outstanding corrosion resistance. It offers superior electrical properties and resistance to oxidation during temperature cycling and frequent switching. It is employed in metal sheath tubular elements, water heaters and commercial electric heating equipments, hot cutting operations etc. Nichrome alloy is introduced in the following grades: Nichrome RW80, Nichrome Cr20/Ni80, Nichrome Cr30/Ni70, Nichrome Cr15/Ni60, Nichrome Cr20/Ni30, Nichrome Cr20/Ni35.
