Ni45 is a moderate hardness alloy powder, powder from melting, wetting and spray performance, high temperature, corrosion, decay and so on.
Usage:
spray welding, or welding is suitable for internal combustion engine valve cone of high-temperature corrosion-resistant pretreatment coating, petrochemical valves, valve seats, pump sealing surface, rotor, piston, rod, gear and other parts of the wear, corrosion and repair.
Powder melting temperature: 980 ~ 1050℃
Spray deposition layer hardness: HRC42 ~ 48
Powder particle size range:
-150 ~ +320 mesh (two-step) -150 - +400 mesh (one step) -200 mesh (vacuum melting)
